People may come to therapy feeling broken, useless, or worthless. My aim as a therapist is to help people increase resilience, and find joy, beauty, and value in their lives. Whether you feel depressed or anxious, are experiencing relationship stress, struggle with addictions, or because you’re just going through some tough times- I will provide a safe space and work with you to figure out how you can live your best life. I will approach our therapeutic relationship with authenticity, empathy, and non-judgment, my top values as a therapist.
I offer individual therapy focused on cultivating insight and developing coping skills, particularly focused on trauma and racial trauma.
