Hello! If you suffer from OCD or know someone who does, you may very well find this video to be super-inspiring…and a great idea for treatment! (Wilderness therapy combined with behavior therapy) OCD may seem difficult to understand for those unfamiliar with it, but OCD is no joke! It can be mild, or extremely debilitating. Although a person’s OCD may never go away entirely, the great news is that proper treatment helps! The typical treatment, and the main one used in this video, is exposure to the thing (the obsession) that causes the resulting compulsions, ritualizations, and anxiety – which serves to cause the irrational fears to progressively lessen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywMsMjGF_nw |
