I often struggle with finding the time to meditate, but do take opportunities to be mindful during daily activities like walking, sweeping, or even coloring with my kids. This new research shows that mindfulness literally rebuilds the gray matter in your brain. Amazing! It has inspired me to make sure that mindfulness is part of my daily routine, even when I am really busy.
