What a wild man!  His creativity and zest for life is indeed inspiring!  Great philosophy and it’s also inspiring to know that studies show that play is not only a key component of health (physical and mental) but also “plays” 🙂 a powerful role in the following domains, (source: National Institute of Play):

  • Relationships: contributes to more harmony and connection
  • Education: optimized learning and skill development when play involved
  • Work: increased innovation

The video notes that Stephen, age 72, “has the balance of a teenage circus performer” and he notes that his memory has improved as a result of his creative play, both of which are particularly inspiring for the elderly.

I wrote a short piece titled “The Value of Play,” which supports his philosophy, for those who may be interested.
