Any successful CBT experiences? Has anybody attempted CBT? I heard that this treatment is useful for depression, so I’m going to ask my specialist (Dr. Eliana cohen) in Toronto to get me Cognitive behavioral treatment alongside different medicines. Right now, I’m going to a few sessions with her. Is age a component for this treatment? I’m 34 now, one of my companions let me know that it will be hard to acknowledge others counsel at this age. Fundamentally, I’m a negative mastermind and am befuddled constantly. I need to hear some experiences of overcoming the adversity of CBT treatment. Kindly share it.
