I recently learned about this free online resource by “MeYouHealth” that can help with self-care and staying on track with good habits: https://challenge.meyouhealth.com/login.com. You sign up and they email you “Daily Challenges” that offer “a small challenge designed to boost your well-being” like eating a healthy snack, or getting more exercise. I’m going to check it out!
“MeYou Health” is a maker of other apps/digital tools that combine motivation with social support, including Quitnet (for quitting smoking) and Walkadoo (to help with walking more).
